A purpose-built Edwardian guesthouse dating back to 1904, a few minutes' walk from the beach, the restaurants and the centre of Whitby. Joanna and Danny took it on in 2018 and have redecorated throughout.

Welcome
All the accommodation is en-suite, with complimentary wi-fi, LCD televisions, handmade back care mattresses and hospitality trays with fresh milk. There's free parking at the rear for every guest, and ample outdoor seating across three different levels. The Pannett View Apartment at the bottom of the property is fully self-contained, with a super king bed and its own kitchen.
The rooms run from a family room with a king and a single, through two super king/twin rooms and three doubles, to a king room — all newly decorated, all with modern en-suites. We're a non-smoking house and can't accept pets, but anything else we'll try to make work: just tell us before you arrive.

Everything on the breakfast table comes from local suppliers — the award-winning Landers of Whitby, Willison's greengrocers and Cod Roe fishmongers. Full English, or lighter options like bagels and cereals, with lactose-free and gluten-free products too. Ring 01947 600326 or email us, and do tell us about any allergies before you arrive.
